Exhibition "Designers in Residence 2022"

"Designers in Residence" is an international scholarship programme of the city of Pforzheim for young designers from the fields of jewellery, fashion, accessories, industrial and graphic design as well as other design areas, which is announced annually in cooperation with Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences and the Design Center Baden-Württemberg. A total of three scholarships are awarded by the jury. From April to June 2022, the scholarship holders worked on their projects at EMMA - Kreativzentrum Pforzheim and Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences.

The exhibition shows the results of the three-month scholarship period: an interactive installation on light pollution by Liina Lember (Estonia/ Great Britain), a fashion collection based on new cutting techniques by Welmoed Bosch (the Netherlands) and a jewellery collection from Nga Ching Ko (Hong Kong), which deals with empty words.
