Business development: growth strategies and change management for creative companies

In order to establish your start-up in the long term and remain successful, you should put it to the test after a while: In which direction should the company develop? What goals should be achieved and when, and what measures are necessary to achieve them? The workshop guides participants in reflecting on their current situation, thinking about changes and planning the next steps, and provides methods and strategies for doing so.
