The seminar takes place online via zoom.

One of the biggest hurdles in the area of social media is the time required to maintain the various channels. With appropriate planning and the right tools, workflows can be organised much more easily and efficiently. The seminar will look at what options are available and which tools are suitable for which purpose.

Another challenge is to tell your own story across different media formats. So how can posts, stories, live and IGTV be used strategically for different aspects? What creative options and tools are available? Last but not least: evaluation and monitoring help to better assess the feedback and interaction of your own community and use it sensibly to further develop your own channels.
