Design thinking is a method for coming up with creative and user-orientated ideas and solutions in a short space of time. Companies such as Google, SAP and Facebook use this method to find innovations. In the workshop, the method will be presented and applied in a practical way using your own problems.
The workshop is aimed at companies that are looking for new ways to further develop their company in a customer-orientated way and would like to deal with specific topics using the Design Thinking method. No prior knowledge of Design Thinking or other methodological skills are required for the workshop.
