A large number of contracts are required, especially - but not only - in the start-up phase. This also applies to self-employed people in the cultural and creative industries. In this workshop, participants will learn which contracts are usually required and how they are generally structured. The workshop will also provide tips on how to draft contracts favourably.

Among other things, formation agreements of partnerships and corporations are considered, but also contractual particularities in the case of co-authorship, rental agreements, granting of rights of use and use of hardware and software.
