Due to the rapid progress of digitalisation triggered by the coronavirus crisis, webinars and virtual conferences are playing an increasingly important role. Against the backdrop of the euphoria of having found a new way of communicating that is also very well received by customers, however, questions about legal and data protection permissibility are now coming to the fore again. The seminar aims to provide a brief legal introduction and tips on how to deal with these issues.
