Liquidity bottlenecks and liquidity reserves are terms that we come across more and more often, not least due to the coronavirus pandemic and its effects. But what exactly does "liquidity" actually mean and how does a financial plan help? How can a financial plan be set up to reliably determine liquidity requirements? In this interactive workshop for registered participants in a small group, we will have fun approaching the financial plan together on this day.
What is the content and what will I learn?
The structure of a financial plan is explained step by step. The individual sub-plans, from sales planning to capital requirements and financing, are explained.
The aim is for you to start working on your financial plan with curiosity and gain confidence. In this way, you can prepare well for your self-employment as a founder or use your financial plan as a flexible and easy-to-understand planning tool and thus as a basis for decision-making for your further entrepreneurial steps.
