The seminar provides an introduction to copyright issues relating to the use of content such as text, images and videos. Practical problems will be discussed, also with reference to decisions and further developments in case law. The rights of persons depicted in photos and issues relating to data protection will also be discussed. Participants will gain an insight into relevant legal issues and possible solutions. The aim is to convey options for drafting contracts and dealing with legal disputes.
