Team Up! How you can strengthen your team dynamics and utilise individual skills more effectively
Healthy teams thrive on their personal and professional interaction. Even before the pandemic, it was not always easy to maintain an active dialogue and feel connected to the team, but it has not become any easier due to long periods of working from home and the current "new normal" with some completely new working models. In view of this, how can we communicate effectively, work together in a solution-focussed way even at a distance and use our skills in a resource-saving and goal-oriented way even when working from home? the seminar therefore focuses on methods that enable you to take a holistic view of team dynamics and generate positive synergy effects in cooperation, use your individual skills in a more targeted and effective way in the team and create communicative structures to act as a well-connected team even at a distance. The seminar is based on approaches and methods from systemic and solution-focussed team development as well as agile New Work models.
