Online meetings are the order of the day and will continue to grow in importance in post-corona times. Facilitation supports collaboration in virtual meeting rooms just as much as in traditional face-to-face meetings and is at least as important there. Good online moderation - also known as e-facilitation - promotes successful communication, feedback and creativity.
How can remote or online meetings be organised in a lively and effective way? How can creative collaboration succeed in virtual workspaces? And how can closeness be created despite the lack of non-verbal communication?
This interactive online workshop for registered participants in a small group teaches the basics of moderation with a focus on online work meetings in virtual meeting rooms such as Zoom, Jitsi and others. It is NOT about technical functions, but about working together.

The aim of this workshop is to familiarise you with the basics of online moderation and to find out what works (more than you think) and where the limits lie by trying things out and reflecting on them.
