Now that employer markets have become employee markets almost everywhere, monetary incentives alone are no longer enough to attract new employees. So what needs must companies address today in order to arouse interest? How can skilled workers and young professionals be approached in a targeted manner? And how can qualified employees be retained by a company in the long term?
The aim of the seminar will therefore be to methodically empathise with the employees addressed and identify their needs in order to develop individual strategies that increase the attractiveness of your own company. The seminar is based on methods and techniques from user-centred innovation development (e.g. Design Thinking or Lean StartUp) and agile New Work models.
