In this seminar, participants learn about design thinking in a practical and interactive way - an approach to solving complex problems and generating ideas. They will experience a new form of work culture based on empathy and playful experimentation and an approach that consistently prioritises the needs of future users. Participants use practical tools and methods in all phases of design thinking that they can apply directly in their everyday work.
