Choosing the right sales channels is crucial for the success of a company. In the webinar, the current trends in sales strategies are presented and their respective advantages and disadvantages are discussed. Participants will then work out which sales channels are effective for their own company and how these can be strategically planned and calculated. The speaker will also address the current corona crisis and explain the multi-channel strategy in order to avoid being dependent on just one sales channel and the sensible linking of online and offline through the omni-channel strategy. The webinar will also discuss the benefits of networks and collaborations in sales as well as the shift in consumer values towards more conscious shopping and strengthening local shops.
