In order to realise a project idea, you have to talk - in different situations, each of which places different demands on the speaker: How can you confidently initiate and maintain dialogue? How can a project be pitched? How do you successfully conduct negotiations - on the phone, face-to-face and via video-phonics?
The workshop will also address the challenges that women in particular face when communicating with unequal power relations.
The training takes place online - via Zoom. In the run-up to the training - one week beforehand - participants will receive an email with the Zoom invitation and a small task that they can prepare for the training. On the training day itself, there will be a balanced mix of online and offline sessions.
