Copyright law - basics and current case law

The seminar offers a comprehensive overview of copyright law in the offline and online world. Using concrete practical examples, the main regulations are explained and the most important problems are highlighted. Reference is made to current developments in legislation and case law. Participants will learn the basics to be able to answer copyright questions themselves in future and to minimise the risks inherent in copyright law.
