(Start-up) entrepreneurs are in constant dialogue with other people: they convince customers and market their product. Their communication skills are an important factor in achieving their goals. A confident demeanour and conciseness are the basis for successful communication with customers. Especially when they are confronted with difficult dialogue partners, competent conversation skills are crucial.
The aim of this seminar is for participants to present themselves with confidence. They should inspire others with their idea, product or service and convey information in a targeted and structured manner. As the voice also plays a large part in an effective presentation, individual voice training is included.
