Coming from Stutttgart
If you come from Stuttgart via the A8 motorway, you can reach EMMA in two ways
- You take the Exit Ost: B10, follow Eutinger Straße, turn into Östliche-Karl-Friedrich-Straße at the level of a cemetery and finally turn left into Theaterstraße after a modern school building, where you can park. EMMA is the building with the tower next to the river Enz.
- You take the Exit Mitte/Nord: B294 and follow it over the Bauchschlotter Straße and Heinrich -Wieland-Allee. After you have crossed a bridge, turn left in front of the station onto the Schlossberg. From there you turn left into Östliche Karl-Friedrich-Straße and then immediately right into Theaterstraße. Then see above!
Coming from Karlsruhe
If you come from Karlsruhe via the A8 motorway to Pforzheim, you can reach EMMA in two ways
- You take the Exit West: B10, follow Wilferdinger Straße, Untere Wilferdinger Straße, Berliner Straße, Goethestraße, Zerrenerstraße which leads into Zehnthofstraße and turn right into Theaterstraße.
- You take the Exit B 294 and follow it over Bauschlotter Straße and Heinrich-Wieland-Allee. After you have crossed a bridge, turn left in front of the station onto the Schlossberg. From there you turn left into Östliche Karl-Friedrich-Straße and then immediately right into Theaterstraße.
Parking Spaces
You can find parking spaces at the corner between Theaterstraße and Altstädter Kirchweg next to the EMMA. The parking spaces are chargeable.
Arrival by Train
From Stuttgart as well as from Karlsruhe are regular train connections with IC, IRE or S-Bahn to Pforzheim. From the station you walk down the Schlossberg, which leads into Deimlingstraße and pass two large intersections. Just before you cross the Enz river, turn left into Emma-Jaeger-Straße and walk along the river. The EMMA is located on the left after about 200 metres.
