Today's market is broad and diverse. This offers enormous opportunities for companies that know their market segment, their target group and their competitors. In the workshop, participants develop their own target group definition in order to position themselves on the market. The workshop also provides tools and strategies with which companies can increase their sales and hold their own against the competition.
